The CDB is a multi-sectoral partnership between State Agencies, Local Government, Local Development Sector, Social Partners, the Community and Observers The CDB was established in March 2000 to co-ordinate all development and public service delivery in County Donegal, and to promote all aspects of economic, social and cultural development. In April 2002, Donegal CDB launched “An Straitéis” an Integrated County Strategy for Social, Cultural and Economic Development, effectively the blueprint for development and public service delivery in the county for the period 2002 – 2012.
